Sourcing & Stocking
Hiconnex can support your interconnect requirements from managing large bills of materials to meeting an urgent requirement for 1 part. Our partnership with a methodically selected range of OEMs and distributors gives us access to an infinite range of products.
A key component of our success is our willingness to support our customers with a locally based stock holding to keep their production constantly flowing. Hiconnex has stocking locations based in Centurion, South Africa and Abu Dhabi, UAE which offers quick turnaround on a range of Interconnect solutions to meet a complete range of customers’ applications
CUSTOM HARNESS DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING
Hiconnex’s offers an end-to-end cable harness design and manufacturing solution. We can design and manufacture Power & Signal, RF, Fiber Optic & Hybrid assemblies.
We support customers whether they chose to outsource a portion of their process (design / prototype / production) or the entire process to Hiconnex.
- Harness Design – customers can access our design team to develop a cable harness data pack. We offer an in-house Application Engineering team that includes design engineering and draughting capabilities. Our supplier’s technical teams are also consulted to offer the best possible interconnect & component solutions.
- Prototype – prototyping enables customers to obtain a small volume of harnesses to confirm form, fit and function into their product – before commencing production.
- Production – from prototype to large scale production, products must be available to support customers entire product lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance & Control – As an ISO9001:2015 certified company with an IPC qualified Design, Production and Quality team – Hiconnex assures the strictest quality control throughout the entire process. Hiconnex matches its range of suppliers to meet these same Quality requirements.
